As the position is a summer temporary job, we wish that you are available for work during June, July, and August. As a security guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to our customers. You do this, for example, in a monitoring center or at an access control point. As a security guard, you have greater authority than a regular guard and often work closely with our customers' staff on objects that are of crucial importance to Sweden's security.

The work is independent and is often experienced as free, but with a great responsibility.

The tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard, you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. The length of shifts varies, but they are often scheduled in 12-hour shifts. As we are a business that operates every day of the year, it is common to work every other weekend.

The position includes, among other things, that you:

• Protect socially important operations from unauthorized access and other threats
• Perform checks according to applicable regulations and instructions
• Collaborate with staff and authorities on security issues

Requirements Specification

Requirements:

• Civil or military security guard training; if you have completed security guard training with the Armed Forces as part of the Armed Forces' basic training (GMU), this can be validated for civilian use. The security guard training, as well as GMU, must have been completed in 2016 or later, and your training certificate must not be older than five years at the time of application
• Approved high school grades in Swedish and English.
• Driving license B.
• Completed and approved security clearance, as the position is classified (done by us as part of the recruitment process).

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Previous experience of working with the monitoring of protected objects, other monitoring or security work.
• Have undergone extensive security clearances
• Weapon training (HAS)
• Full security guard training, VU1 and VU2

Important to know:

You can have employment with another security company during the recruitment process. If you are offered the position with us, however, you cannot have a parallel employment with another security company. This is because the role is classified and such a situation would create a conflict of interest.

Clarification for you who are a military security guard: if you have completed security guard training with the Armed Forces as part of the Armed Forces' basic training (GMU), this can be validated for civilian use. The security guard training, as well as GMU, must have been completed in 2016 or later, and your training certificate must not be older than five years at the time of application. You should have the documentation ready in your application, as it may take time to request it from the Armed Forces.

Security Clearance

Please note that the position is classified and means that you will undergo a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to applicable regulations, security interviews, background checks, and register checks will be conducted. The assessment aims to investigate compliance with the law, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities according to the Security Police's regulations and guidelines. Information obtained may, for example, come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment of you, your life situation, and financial conditions when assessing your suitability.

In applicable cases, a corresponding check may be made of the person you live with or have a similar relationship with.

To be considered for the position, it is therefore required (at a minimum) that;

• You are not listed in the Police Authority's various registers, e.g., suspicion registers, criminal records, etc.
• You have an orderly economy; do not have payment remarks, unresolved debts, or are listed with collection agencies or the Enforcement Authority
